Dr. Joe Mattox, Managing Partner

Joe is a popular executive leadership coach who has worked with executives in positions ranging from CEO to senior vice president and middle management. His current work in organizations focuses on increasing leadership behaviors and competencies that encourage individual initiative and leadership from systemic perspectives to achieve clearly defined business results.

Joe's Ph.D. in Clinical and Organizational Psychology provides the core competencies to excel in a wide variety of coaching engagements. His specialty is effectively linking people processes to business outcomes. He does this by helping participants improve various leadership competencies including; decision making; strategic agility; diverse leadership skill building (increasing skills in leading subordinates, teams, peers and associates from diverse backgrounds); leading and accelerating change; leadership composure, and political savvy.

Joe has successfully resolved conflicts between managers, employees and departments that are in major conflicts. His expertise in psychology, dealing with difficult personalities and cross cultural communication provides the essential tools for resolving complex workplace disputes. He regularly teaches these tools and techniques to managers and human resource professionals across the country.

Dr. Ira Levin, Managing Partner

Ira is an organization and management consultant who focuses his professional practice in the area of organization transformation and development. He specializes in the areas of the design and implementation of strategic organization change, post-merger implementation, organization culture alignment, organization assessment, organization design, executive and leadership development, executive team development, board development, and human resources strategy and transformation. He has experience working across various industries including health care, high technology, biotechnology, financial services, retail, and government services.

Ira has over 28 years of experience consulting with private and public sector organizations across a wide range of industries including health care, professional service firms, high technology, biotechnology, manufacturing, and financial services. Prior to the start-up of his own independent consulting practice, Ira was a Principal and National Practice Leader for Organization Transformation within the international consultancy of Cap Gemini Ernst & Young's Consulting Practice. He also spent 7 years with Kaiser Permanente as their Organization Change Practice Leader, and over 6 years with the consulting firm of KPMG Peat Marwick as an executive in their Organization Effectiveness and Human Resources Consulting Practice. Ira was also Program Director for the Organization Psychology Graduate Programs at the San Francisco campus of the Marshall Goldsmith School of Management at Alliant International University where he holds the rank of Professor.
